Through property development and management success, every property in MMM’s portfolio is completely and financially independent. Once operational, there has never been the need of additional capital infusions to maintain property operations. Providing excellent housing is a primary goal of MMM, as such, revenues gained through operations are reinvested into each property to maintain structural and operational excellence. This has enabled MMM to maintain a stable portfolio of affordable housing developments.
